Order Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order if you’ve had a change of heart. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If your order has already been delivered, you’ll need to return the item(s) within 14 days of letting us know. Unless we offered free returns at the time of your purchase, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Be sure to use a trusted delivery provider and retain proof of postage. If the item is not received or delayed without proof, we may be unable to refund you.

If the order hasn’t been shipped and you cancel in time, your refund will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation notice. For returned items, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item or acceptable proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, with no additional charges.

Important: If an item is returned in a condition that would not be acceptable in a store—such as being used, missing tags or original packaging, or with damage—we may reduce the refund amount to reflect this. In extreme cases, we may be unable to issue a refund at all. Our Customer Service team can provide guidance in such cases.

Our general returns timeframe is 14 days from the delivery date.
If a fault develops after this period, we will replace the item under the applicable warranty terms.
During December, we offer an extended returns period from the 1st to the 31st to accommodate holiday purchases.

When contacting us, describe the issue clearly and let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or refund. If available, please include a photo or short video showing the problem.

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a prepaid return label and ask you to send the faulty or incorrect product back to us.

We will keep you updated at every stage of the return process.
