PRICING
All product prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery fees. If the VAT rate changes between the date you place your order and the date we ship it, we’ll update the VAT charged unless you’ve already paid in full.
We only take payment when your order is dispatched, and we’ll confirm this by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation email. You will officially own the item once full payment is received. If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England’s base rate. This interest accrues daily until the outstanding balance is paid.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Unless specifically stated, Aniko LTD is not the original manufacturer of the items sold. While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, colours may appear differently on your device and packaging may vary. Always check the product packaging, instructions, and safety warnings before use.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to a product to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or to enhance the product without impacting its functionality.
ORDER HANDLING & DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4pm GMT on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next working day. Additional delays may occur during peak seasons or promotional periods.

DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If unexpected events prevent us from delivering your order on time, we will notify you and work to reduce any delay. In such cases, we are not liable for compensation. However, if the delay is significant, you may cancel your order and request a refund for items not received.
If we’re unable to fulfil our obligations due to factors beyond our control, we may cancel your order and refund you for any undelivered items.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please use a tracked postal service and retain proof of return. If we do not receive the item or it arrives late without evidence of postage, your refund may not be processed.
Only standard delivery charges are refundable. We do not cover the cost of express or timed delivery.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method with no deductions or fees applied.
Returned items must be in resalable condition. If returned products are used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund or deny it altogether.
RETURNS POLICY
If your item is faulty or not as described, let us know via the contact form on our website https://anikostore.co.uk or by emailing info@anikostore.co.uk.
Please describe the issue and indicate whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund. If possible, attach a photo or video showing the issue.
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. You’ll receive updates as the return progresses.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
If your item develops a fault (not caused by misuse or wear and tear) within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You can claim a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods.
- Within 6 months, if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you may receive a full refund.
- Within 6 years, if a product doesn’t last a reasonable amount of time, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
PRODUCT USAGE
Unless otherwise agreed, products sold by Aniko LTD are intended for personal or home-office use only.
Altering the product or using it against the manufacturer’s instructions may void your warranty and impact your right to a refund or replacement.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & DUTIES
If you order products to be delivered outside the UK, you may be responsible for import taxes and customs duties. These charges are your responsibility and vary by country. For more details, consult your local customs office.
Packages may be inspected by customs during cross-border delivery.
ENDING THE AGREEMENT
We may cancel your order if you fail to accept delivery within a reasonable timeframe. We may also seek compensation for any losses caused.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aniko LTD will not be held liable for:
- Losses that could not have been foreseen at the time of order.
- Delays or issues caused by events beyond our control.
- Losses that could have been avoided by following instructions.
- Business-related losses where the product was used commercially.
This does not affect your rights where laws prohibit such limitations. We do not limit liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.
CHILDREN
We do not sell to individuals under 18. Purchases must be made or supervised by a parent or guardian.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
We may transfer our agreement with you to another organisation. You will be informed if this happens, and it will not affect your rights.
